  • How do I use the products?

Shake well to mix the essential oils with the emulsifier. Then, take ten (10) to twenty (20) drops each day, mixed with 4oz drinks such as water, juice, or smoothies. Start with ten (10) drops and increase dosage as needed, especially if you are exposed to people who are sick.

Take it up to three (3) times a day depending on how you feel, for a maximum of twenty-one (21) days. As a rule, the stronger you are, the less you will need. The weaker you feel, the more you will need.

 

  • When do I use it?

Use Teramune when you are exposed to anyone who might be sick or contagious. Also, use if you feel like you are starting to feel sick or if you feel your immune system is getting weaker.

 

  • How old do you need to be to use Teramune?

This product is safe for children five (5) years old and older. The maximum dosage is five (5) drops twice a day. For children between three (3) and five (5) years old, the maximum dosage is three (3) drops twice a day. Also, consider using Teramune Kids, a specially blended formula for children. Please always check with your regular pediatrician before use.

We do not recommend the use of this product for children under three (3) years old unless under the supervision of your professional practitioner.

 

  • I am pregnant, can I use it?

Yes, Teramune Immune Support is safe for pregnant women to use. However, we do not recommend to use any of the Teramune Cough & Throat if you are pregnant. Use instead Teramune Cough & Throat KIDS.

 

  • I am breastfeeding, can I use it?

Yes. Teramune Immune Support is safe during breastfeeding. However, it may change the taste of your breast milk. We do not recommend to use any of the Teramune Cough & Throat if you are pregnant. Use instead Teramune Cough & Throat KIDS.

  • Why does the solution have a dark yellow layer above light yellow layer?

The dark yellow layer is the essential oils and the light yellow layer is the emulsifier that allows you to ingest safely the solution. It is very important to mix every time you pour drops. The essential oils will separate from the emulsifier very quickly.

  • What to do if I have an allergy to one of the essential oils?

We recommend you read the complete list of ingredients before use. If you think you are having an allergic reaction to this product, discontinue use and contact a medical professional immediately.

 

  • Where's my Teramune order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email invoice and shipping tracking number. Your order is shipped within forty-eight hours and you can use that tracking number to check on your products.

 

  • What payment options can I use on Teramune .com?

  • What is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs can vary and will be estimated at the time of sale if requested by the customer based on weight and location.

We use mainly USPS for online orders. We use UPS for wholesale orders.

 

  • Can I ship my Teramune order internationally?

Yes, shipping will vary based on the order and the country being shipped.

 

  • What is Teramune's return policy?

All returns must be postmarked no later than 15 business days from the original date of purchase. After that, no returns will be accepted.

Returns of defective units of product are accepted. We will be happy to refund the cost of shipping and resend a new product at no shipping cost. As you unpack the product please inspect it and contact us immediately if there are any damaged or missing pieces.

Any product defects must be reported in writing to us within five business days of delivery. If a damaged or defective product is not reported within that time period, you will be responsible for its replacement.

 

  • How do I return my order?

All returns must be sent to Teramune’s warehouse address to the attention of “Return/Refund” department at your cost. The products must be in unused and in sellable condition. The caps and pumps must be returned along with the product bottle.

Please note that the bottle must be full and no portion of the product should appear to have been used in any manner. The bottle’s label must be clean, fully intact, and well adhered to the bottle itself. Please include a copy of your receipt in the package.

We will refund all money due for returns within 15 business days.
